1-Year Limited Warranty
Nevrano stands behind the quality of our Custom Fit Motorized Windshield Sunshades. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, valid from the date of delivery.
1. What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers severe manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Specifically, it covers:

Premature failure of the internal motor or electronic components.

Severe malfunction of the mechanical retraction system.
2. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
This warranty is strictly limited and does not cover the following:

Damage caused by improper DIY installation, forcing the sunshade, or incorrect electrical wiring.

Normal wear and tear, including minor fabric fraying, fading from UV exposure, or superficial scratches.

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or extreme environmental conditions.

Any product that has been modified, altered, or dismantled by the customer.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you experience a defect covered by this warranty after the initial 30-day return window has passed, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@nevrano.com with your original Order Number.

Provide a clear video demonstrating the defect or motor failure.

Note: We do not require you to ship the defective, used item back to us for warranty claims, saving you the hassle of return shipping.
4. Warranty Resolution & Shipping Handling
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Nevrano will, at our sole discretion, issue a brand-new replacement unit or the necessary replacement parts.

Important: While the replacement product or part itself is provided entirely free of charge under this warranty, the customer is responsible for a flat-rate Shipping & Handling fee to cover the dispatch of the new unit from our international fulfillment center to the US address.
5. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought directly from nevrano.com.
