  • power or charging requirements;

  • barcode, QR code, logo, image, or text printing needs.

Nevrano may provide general product information, examples, recommendations, or application guidance. However, such information does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every material, surface, environment, or business use case.

If a product is unsuitable because the customer selected the wrong product, cartridge, configuration, or use case, the issue may be treated as a customer-related return or exchange under our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

If Nevrano ships an incorrect item compared with the confirmed order, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue according to our applicable policies.

4. Accuracy of Information

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Nevrano currently accepts eligible return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Some items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including but not limited to products that have been:

  • modified;
  • disassembled;
  • repaired without authorization;

Ink cartridges, ink supplies, and other consumable items may have additional return restrictions, especially if opened, installed, used, partially used, improperly stored, or damaged by the customer.

  • improper storage of ink cartridges or consumables;

Customers should test print quality and ink suitability on a small area or sample material before large-scale use.

12. Ink, Printing Results, and Surface Testing

Printing results may vary depending on surface material, texture, coating, temperature, humidity, ink type, drying time, handling, and operating conditions.

Nevrano may provide product examples, application suggestions, surface references, or general printing guidance. These are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee identical results in every environment or on every material.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product and ink are suitable for their intended printing surface and use case.

Nevrano is not responsible for poor print results caused by incompatible surfaces, improper use, unsuitable environmental conditions, incorrect ink selection, improper storage, or failure to test before production use.

13. Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a limited warranty if such warranty is stated on the product page, warranty page, order confirmation, or applicable policy.

Any warranty applies only to verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period.

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty does not cover:

  • misuse;
  • improper handling;
  • accidental damage;
  • customer-caused damage;
  • unauthorized modification;
  • disassembly or repair;
  • cosmetic wear and tear;
  • normal wear from use;
