This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Nevrano.com for delivery within the United States.

At Nevrano, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable delivery experience. Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the United States through this website.

Certain remote areas, offshore territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If an order is placed for an unsupported delivery area, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Some Nevrano products are designed for left-hand-drive vehicles and may be vehicle-specific or fitment-sensitive. Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time:
1–2 business days

Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, and dispatch preparation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

3. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer tracked standard shipping for eligible orders within the United States.

3–5 business days after dispatch

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
4–7 business days, including processing and transit time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, high shipping volume, address issues, operational delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order.

There are no hidden shipping charges added after checkout.

If free shipping is offered for certain products, promotions, or order values, the applicable terms will be shown on the website or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after the package has been dispatched.

If tracking does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean the package has not shipped.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order, including:

- recipient name;
- street address;
- apartment, suite, or unit number;
- city;
- state;
- ZIP code;
- phone number;
- email address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@nevrano.com.

We can only update shipping information before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible.

Nevrano is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you when possible.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped due to customer-related address or delivery issues.

If a refund is approved for a returned package caused by customer-related delivery issues, original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@nevrano.com.

Please include:

- your order number;
- tracking number;
- shipping address;
- a brief description of the issue.

We will review the shipment status and may work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

If the package is confirmed lost due to a carrier issue, Nevrano may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate solution based on the situation.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may require additional investigation before offering a replacement or refund.

9. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nevrano.com.

Please include:

- your order number;
- clear photos or videos of the damaged item;
- photos of the outer packaging;
- photos of the shipping label;
- a brief description of the issue.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials before we complete our review.

If the shipping damage is confirmed, Nevrano may offer a replacement, replacement parts, refund, or another appropriate solution.

10. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, it must follow our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

11. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Delivery dates shown on the website, at checkout, or in shipping confirmation emails are estimates only.

Nevrano is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, operational disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
