1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, orders placed through Nevrano.com are intended for U.S. delivery only.

2. How long does delivery take?

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time is usually 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. What is your return policy?

Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery according to our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Items must be uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, hardware, manuals, and included materials.

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Can Custom Fit Edition items be returned?

Custom Fit Edition orders or custom-fit requests may not be eligible for return or exchange for non-quality-related reasons once confirmed, processed, prepared, or fulfilled.

If a Custom Fit Edition item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
