If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping is temporarily unavailable to that destination.
Nevrano reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed to unsupported regions.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Processing Time:
1–2 business days for order verification, quality inspection, and dispatch preparation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Nevrano is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations where applicable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
