At Nevrano, we are committed to delivering quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please review the following Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns & Refund Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Eligible for Returns & Refunds

You may qualify for a return or refund in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping

  • The item received is materially different from the product description

Return Shipping Fee:
For confirmed defective or damaged items, Nevrano will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label when applicable.


Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or intentional alteration

  • Items that have been used or modified

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or no longer needed

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

All sales are considered final unless the item is defective or not as described.


3. Return Process (How to Start a Return)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Verification & Approval

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Option A – Refund Without Return
For confirmed shipping damage or clear product defects, we may issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Option B – Return Required
If inspection is necessary, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3: Ship the Item

If a return is required, securely package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.


5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation Fee:
Any order cancellation requested after submission will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

Modification Window:
Order modifications (such as shipping address updates) must be requested within 8 hours of purchase.

Fulfilled or Shipped Orders:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


6. Fees

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge restocking fees for approved defective or damaged returns.

Cancellation Fee:
A 5% fee applies to canceled orders as stated above.
